Promat PROMASEAL Pillows

General Description

PROMASEAL Pillows (SP) are compressive products made of quality cloth envelopes enclosing high temperature, granulated fire resistant material. The pillows are used to maintain the fire resistance of walls and floors, where openings for services are located. They are typically installed around cables and non-combustible pipes which need to be regularly altered.

This PROMASEAL Pillow is for the EXTRA Large 250mm x 600mm x 40mm.

PROMASEAL^® Pillows have been successfully tested and assessed by independent laboratories to meet the requirements of AS 1530: Part 4 and BS 476: Part 20 for fire ratings in excess of 180 minutes. For FRL above 180 minutes, please consult Promat. When exposed to fire the pillows will remain in place and form a fire barrier by charring and creating a solid mass of insulating material.
