I/We (the supplier or manufacturer of products), understand that by signing this Supplier Agreement we enter into a contract with Passive Fire Warehouse to promote and sell our products through the Passive Fire Warehouse website and/or subsidery websites such as Facebook, Ebay and any Passive Fire Warehouse gateway websites.
We understand that no payment will be requested from Passive Fire Warehouse for this service and in return I/We (the supplier or manufacturer of products) grant permission to Passive Fire Warehouse to sell all or some of our products on the Passive Fire Warehouse website with a minimum presence of : -
1 year / 3 years / 5 years (please cross out all that do not apply).

NOTE: If Passive Fire Warehouse has an account set up with you already, provided by your organisation, without the above form being signed, then the right to distribute and promote your products and the right of cancellation (as below) still applies to both parties.
RIGHT TO CANCELLATION
Passive Fire Warehouse do not need permission to cancel or remove any supplier or manufacturer at any time and can do so without notice or reasoning.
Written cancellation of notice by the supplier and/or manufacture is required with a termination time of up to six months to remove all product listings from the Passive Fire Warehouse website and subsidery websites OR depletion of stock currently held - whichever occurs last. Written cancellation can be emailed to us at - email@example.com
