Firesound is an acrylic fire rated sealant suitable for internal and exterior applications.  A suitable coating or flashing must protect external FIRESOUND surfaces. FIRESOUND is suitable where movement of joints is expected to be +/- 20% of the joint width, FIRESOUND will provide up to 4 hours fire rating in joints up to 50mm wide, whilst creating an acoustically sealed joint.
